1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Magic Mirror you agree to these terms.

2. Acceptable use

You must be at least 18 years old. You agree NOT to use Magic Mirror to generate:

• Sexual content involving minors, or any CSAM. Violations are reported to authorities.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, or content depicting real people without their consent.
• Content intended to deceive (deepfakes for fraud, defamation, election interference).
• Hateful, harassing, or violent content targeting individuals or groups.
• Content that infringes intellectual property or other legal rights.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without refund.

3. Credits, billing & refunds

Magic Mirror runs on a credit system. Credits consumed by a successful generation are non-refundable. Failed generations are automatically refunded. Subscription plans renew automatically and may be cancelled at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

4. Ownership of outputs

Subject to these terms and the underlying AI providers' policies, you own the outputs you generate and may use them commercially. You are responsible for ensuring your prompts and uploaded source material do not infringe third-party rights.

5. Service availability

We provide the service "as is" and may modify, suspend or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, unless mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence apply.
